For most of us, the summer holidays are already a distant memory. Whatever you have been doing, Mike and I hope you’ve all had a good break. However, it’s now time to dust off your dance shoes and hit the floor again to brush up on old ballroom skills. Perhaps you are an absolute beginner and want to learn something new. Maybe you just want to come along and join in the fun while keeping the mind and body active. It’s been well documented that dancing can help maintain physical and mental fitness.

It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a partner, we will dance with you and there’s usually someone to partner up with. We have a break for refreshments, (the superior chocolate biscuits always go down a treat!), and there’s a plenty of laughter along the way. So, if you’ve a couple of hours to spend one afternoon a month, why not come along and join us at Coddington Village Hall (please note the address!) on the fourth Thursday of the month from 2.30-4.30 pm.
